A new series of 5-(5-aryl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-3-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazole I [R = H, 4-Cl, 3,4-(OCH3)2; R1 = H, 4-F, 2-CH3, 3-CH3, 4-CH3] have been synthesized by a cyclocondensation reaction of Et 5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylate II with aryl imidoxime R1C6H4C(=NOH)NH2.
